CURB SIDE DROP-OFF & WHITE GLOVE INSTALLATION

To save you as much money as possible, all saunas and plunges are delivered curb side but you can always order white glove installation if you need. However, please note that for customers purchasing an outdoor sauna, traditional sauna, or cold plunge, and whose shipping zip code is in Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada, the default shipping cost is not free and will range from $1550 to $8000 depending on the product line and address. Also, please be aware that custom saunas have no free delivery option; even curb side drop-off for custom saunas is a paid service. We are not the freight company, we just make saunas and plunges. The freight company will call you a few days before delivery to schedule a date when you will be home. You should have someone there to help you bring your sauna and plunge in. The driver is only suppose to drop it off in your garage or the curb. We recommend giving the truck driver a tip and asking him to help you bring the sauna and plunge into your house. Your brand new sauna or plunge is very easy to setup and will come with a video that walks you through the entire process.

If you do not want to do any work, we can hire white glove delivery companies to come do all the work for you. White glove delivery companies charge a fee to set the sauna and plunge up in any room or a slightly higher fee to go up or down one flight of stairs. Each additional staircase incurs an additional fee to setup the sauna and plunge for you.

You do not have to decide now. You can add white glove anytime you want. If you cannot find anyone to help you set up the sauna and plunge, please call us and we will get the white glove guys to come do all the work for you.
